Week 10: Vikings @ Giants
VIKINGS AT GIANTS on FOX; My prediction: Giants 35, Vikings 6.

Same old, same old, big rivalry every year, and we are back to it, right? WRONG. No Randy Moss, no Daunte Culpepper, no undefeated Vikings, not the Vikings at home this time. This time the setup has all the betting on the New York Giants, who are 6-2, 1st place in the NFC East, and undefeated at home.
When the Giants have the ball:
Tiki Barber, again should have another good game against another bad team. The Vikings are giving up too many yards this season on defense. The Vikings on defense have been out of position before the snap, not knowing where they are supposed to be, miscommunicating, etc. on Defense.
Entering last week’s game, the Vikings defense have only made 9 sacks, and haven’t been getting to the opposing quarterbacks often. The Giants are expected to pass a lot, and you wouldn’t be suprised if it was Manning to Burress or Manning to Shockey for most of the game. The Vikings CB’s haven’t been doing as good, and with their short guys covering sky-scraping Plaxico Burress, he should jump up and make all of Eli’s throws to him.
When Vikings have the ball:
Minnesota’s running game isn’t doing anything with Mewelde Moore their leading rusher and he only has 1 touchdown on 319 yards and 81 carries. The Vikings are 27th in the NFL in rushing. Bennett has a part time job now and is not expected back next season. Injury is hurting the Vikings this year, and it is affecting their running game.
Daunte Culpepper is out for the year and the Giants no longer need to worry about Randy Moss. Brad Johnson is starting Sunday’s game. Tight end Jermaine Wiggins who is a good option probably will see some catches on Sunday. Marcus Robinson is tall and averages 2 TD’s per game. Nate Burleson is also a good receiver. The Vikings first round pick Troy Williamson should be good in the future.
Sunday, it will not be the Vikings flying home with the win, it will be the Giants staying undefeated at home.
