Feely misses 3 game-winning field goals in Giants overtime loss

November 29, 2005 · Filed Under Giants, This Week's Giants Game

Final: Seahawks 24, Giants 21.

The Giants were losing to the team atop the NFC, The Seattle Seahawks, and they came back and tied the game with a two-point conversion with the score 21-21. I’m not sure how they were able to after being called on false starts SO many times, and 5 times on one drive. Soon after, the Seahawks punted, giving the Giants a chance to come up and win the game. The Giants brought themselves into field goal range, but Feely missed the close kick to win the game…So we go into overtime. Soon, Feely misses ANOTHER big kick to win the game in overtime. Soon after, take a guess…yup, you’re right. Misses again. After that, the Giants defense who played great the whole game, gave up a catch, and soon after, the Seahawks kicked the game-winning field goal. I don’t give the blame to the Giants defense…no way, they shouldn’t have even been out there. I don’t even give the blame to Jay Feely, and without him, the Giants wouldn’t have even been able to tie the game because of his field goals during the game. I give the blame to the offensive line, who DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. And I won’t give them a break even if the crowd bothered them, they need to deal with it.

I was wondering if someone could find a picture that I am looking for over the past couple years!? Its at the Seattle Seahawks VS the NY Giants on November 27th 2005. The same year they went to the superbowl. I need a picture of myself, dad, and grandfather. We were sitting on the left side of the Giants tunnel at Quest Field. We were two or three rows from the field in the endzone. Great Seats! I want to show my dad for his birthday. Upside though we are in the seattle champions dvd at the begining of the giants seattle segment for like three seconds. I am wearing a shaun alexander jersy with a dark blue beany, dad has a grey sweater with a yellow beany, and my grandfather was wearing an all blue seahawks hoody. PLEASE will someone help me?? my email address is rrowett06@excite.com just incase it doesnt show with this post. Thanks for even taking the time to read this.
